## Key takeaways

- Eight of the 11 platforms checked on November 2, 2026 publish a price on their own pricing page: AgendaForge, Swoogo, Bizzabo, Fourwaves, Eventee, EventMobi, Sessionize and Oxford Abstracts. Whova, Cvent and EventsAir show no price and route to a quote.
- The unit matters more than the number. AgendaForge, Oxford Abstracts, Sessionize and Eventee's single-event plans charge per event; Swoogo, Fourwaves and Eventee's multi-event plans charge per year; Bizzabo charges per user per month, billed annually; EventMobi publishes both a per-event and a per-year entry price.
- Published entry prices run from free (Fourwaves Starter, Oxford Abstracts Basic, Sessionize for free community events) to $17,999 per year (Bizzabo's stated starting figure). The scope behind each number differs, so compare what is included, not only the headline.
- Ticket fees change the total. Oxford Abstracts charges 2.5% of registration revenue (capped at $5,000 per event), Fourwaves a 3% service fee on card payments, EventMobi no registration fee beyond card processing, and AgendaForge nothing on the first 250 (Core) or 1,000 (Pro) paid tickets, then 1% capped at $20 a ticket.

## Where AgendaForge stands

- A price before the call: $2,000 per event for Core and $4,000 per event for Pro, published in full on the pricing page, with every feature listed. Founding partners pay $1,500 and $3,000 and keep that rate for their future events.
- The call for papers is in the plan: one-question-at-a-time forms, blind review rounds with rubrics and outside reviewers, and a drag and drop agenda with clash flags, tracks and rooms.
- Speakers and sponsors on one contact record: a speaker portal with tasks and file requests, Design Studio speaker cards, sponsor tiers and intake forms, and one contact CRM that carries across events.
- Tickets and the door included: a ticket page with promo codes and a waitlist, cards charged on your own Stripe account or USDC to your wallet, and scanning in any browser, on an iPad kiosk or in the Check-In app.
- Ticket fees are published: no platform fee on the first 250 paid tickets (Core) or 1,000 (Pro), then 1% of each paid ticket, capped at $20. Free tickets and comps never count.
- Where it stops: no native attendee app, no proceedings or books of abstracts, and no booth sales or exhibitor lead retrieval. There is no free tier and no self-serve trial: after you sign up, you pick a 25-minute walkthrough.

If you want conference software with a price you can read before the first sales call, the short
list is longer than it looks. Of the 11 platforms checked for this guide, **eight publish a price on
their own site**: AgendaForge, Swoogo, Bizzabo, Fourwaves, Eventee, EventMobi, Sessionize and
Oxford Abstracts. **Whova, Cvent and EventsAir** show no price and route every plan to a quote
form.

Every price below was read on the vendor's own pricing page on **November 2, 2026**. Where a page
only shows prices after JavaScript runs, we read the rendered page, not the page source. Nothing
comes from a directory, a review site or memory.

Disclosure: we build AgendaForge, one of the tools below. Its row uses the same columns as every
other vendor's, and its section says where it stops.

**No price shown on November 2, 2026:** Whova (a "Price Quote Request" form sized by format, length,
attendees and events per year), Cvent (Professional and Enterprise behind a "Get pricing" form) and
EventsAir (Single, Multi and Enterprise plans, each with a "Request pricing" button).

A "no price" line describes the page, not the product. Quote-based pricing is a normal choice for
enterprise software, and several of those platforms are among the most complete in the category. We
set out why we chose the other way in [why we publish our pricing](/blog/why-we-publish-our-pricing).

## Which of these are actually all-in-one?

"All-in-one" means different things on different pricing pages, so read the included column before
the price column.

- **Program plus registration plus the door** in the published price: AgendaForge (call for papers,
agenda, speakers, sponsors, tickets and check-in), Oxford Abstracts on its conference packages
(abstracts, program, delegate registration), and Fourwaves (registration, abstracts, program,
  conference app).
- **Registration and event platform first**, with the call for speakers or speaker portal as an
add-on: Swoogo and Bizzabo. EventMobi builds its price from the products you choose.
- **Event app first**: Eventee's plans center on the attendee app, web app and event homepage.
- **Call for speakers and schedule only**: Sessionize. It is in this list because it is the
best-known published per-event price for the content side, not because it sells registration.

## How to compare total cost

Three numbers decide what a conference platform actually costs you: the license, the unit it is
sold in, and the cut it takes from ticket revenue.

1. **Turn every price into a per-event figure.** Divide an annual price by the events you will
really run that year. Swoogo's $11,800 a year is $11,800 for one event and about $3,900 each for
three. A per-event price stays the same either way.
2. **Count the people who need a login.** Per-user pricing scales with your team, not your audience.
Bizzabo's page states a 3-user minimum at $499 per user per month, billed annually.
3. **Check the attendee and submission caps.** Eventee prices by attendees per event, Fourwaves by
abstract submissions a year, AgendaForge Core at 500 registrations (then a conversation, not a
hard stop). A cap you cross mid-cycle can cost more than the plan difference.
4. **Add the ticket fee to your expected revenue.** This is where the published totals diverge most.

A worked example from the published numbers: one conference, 400 paid tickets at $250, so $100,000
in ticket revenue. Card processing (Stripe or your gateway) is charged on top in every case and is
left out here.

| Tool and plan | License | Platform fee on $100,000 of tickets | Total before card processing |
|---|---|---|---|
| AgendaForge Core | $2,000 | First 250 tickets free, then 150 tickets at 1% of $250 = $375 | $2,375 |
| EventMobi per event | From $3,000 | No registration fee | From $3,000 |
| Oxford Abstracts Standard conference | $2,290 | 2.5% of revenue = $2,500 | $4,790 |
| Fourwaves Advanced, one year | $2,599 | 3% service fee on card payments = $3,000 | $5,599 |

These four totals do not buy identical scope (see the included column above), and EventMobi's
figure is a starting price that scales with attendees and products. Run the same arithmetic with
your own ticket count and price. Our free
[ticketing fee calculator](/tools/ticketing-fee-calculator) does the AgendaForge side alongside
Eventbrite, Luma and Tito.

On AgendaForge, card payments are charged on your own Stripe account, so Stripe's fees are billed to
you there and the 1% (capped at $20 a ticket, after the first 250 on Core or 1,000 on Pro) is the
only thing we take. Free tickets and comps never count. The full rules are on
[the pricing page](/pricing#tickets).

## What AgendaForge charges

AgendaForge publishes **$2,000 per event** for Core and **$4,000 per event** for Pro. Core covers 500
registrations (then we talk), 50 accepted speakers and 5 team seats; Pro removes those limits and
adds custom domains, email from your own domain, white-label portals with custom CSS, custom roles
and SSO (early access). Both include the call for papers with blind review rounds, the agenda
builder, the speaker portal, sponsor tiers, the contact CRM, the ticket page and door scanning in a
browser, on an iPad kiosk or in the Check-In app.

It is built for conferences of 200 people and up that run a reviewed program and want the price
before the first call. It has no native attendee app, no proceedings, and no booth sales or
exhibitor lead retrieval; if those are central to your event, weigh the app-first and academic tools
above. Anyone can sign up, and onboarding starts with a 25-minute walkthrough rather than a
self-serve trial.

For the content-side platforms (call for papers, review and speakers), including quote-only vendors
such as Sessionboard and Ex Ordo, see the quarterly
[event content platform pricing index](/blog/event-content-platform-pricing-index).
## Frequently asked questions

### Which all-in-one conference management platforms publish their pricing?

On November 2, 2026, eight of the 11 platforms checked showed a price on their own pricing page: AgendaForge ($2,000 or $4,000 per event), Swoogo (USD $11,800 per year for Professional), Bizzabo ($499 per user per month billed annually, 3-user minimum, starting at $17,999 per year), Fourwaves (free, $999 or $2,599 per year), Eventee ($1,499 to $3,499 per event, or $2,999 and $4,999 per year), EventMobi (from $3,000 per event or from $8,900 per year), Sessionize (499 USD + tax per professional event) and Oxford Abstracts (free, then $890, $2,290 or $3,450 per event). Whova, Cvent and EventsAir show no price.

### What is the cheapest conference management software with a published price?

Three show a free plan: Fourwaves Starter ($0 per year, 25 abstract submissions a year, 3% service fee), Oxford Abstracts Basic (free abstract management) and Sessionize (free for free community events only). Each free plan is narrow. For a paid conference that needs registration, a program and speakers, compare the paid tier that covers your workflow, then add the ticket fee on your expected revenue.

### Is per-event or per-year pricing better for a conference?

It depends on how many events you run. One flagship conference a year usually costs less on a per-event price, because you pay only for the edition you run. Three or more events a year tilt the arithmetic toward an annual plan such as Swoogo, Fourwaves, EventMobi's per-year option or Eventee's multi-event plans. Per-user pricing, as on Bizzabo, scales with the number of people on your team who need a login, not with events or attendees.

### How much does Cvent cost?

Cvent does not publish a price. On November 2, 2026 its pricing page showed two plans, Professional and Enterprise, and a 'Get pricing' form asking for name, work email, phone, organization, job function, country and state. Any figure quoted elsewhere comes from a directory or review site, not from Cvent.

### What does AgendaForge cost?

Core is $2,000 per event, with 500 registrations (then we talk), 50 accepted speakers and 5 team seats. Pro is $4,000 per event, with those limits removed and custom domains, white-label portals, custom roles and SSO added. Paid tickets carry no platform fee for the first 250 on Core or 1,000 on Pro, then 1% capped at $20 a ticket. The full breakdown is on [the pricing page](/pricing).
