## Shipped

### October 2026

- **A redesigned Contacts area for every event and your whole organization** (Contacts, Oct 14). Each event has one Contacts list with tabs for speakers, applicants, moderators and sponsor contacts, and your organization's directory uses the same table. Each person has one record with notes your team shares, the research already done on them, their tickets and the events they have been part of. From an event's list you can add, edit, invite, import and export people, and a notice above the list takes you to possible duplicates to review.
  - Tabs with counts for speakers, applicants, moderators and chairs, sponsor contacts and associated contacts
  - Saved views that each keep their own columns, filters and sorts
  - On an event's list, select everyone who matches your filters to email, tag or export them
  - Notes with @mentions that notify a teammate, on one timeline with the person's emails and changes
  - Import a CSV or Excel file, fix rows before they are saved, and fill only the empty fields on people you already have
- **The Check-In app is on the App Store and Google Play** (Ticketing, Oct 13). AgendaForge Check-In turns an iPhone or Android phone into a door scanner for your event. Door staff join with a code you create on the web, with no account of their own, and you see every device from the event's check-in page.
  - Scan ticket codes in a row, with a clear result for each scan and Undo for a mistake
  - Search the guest list by name when someone arrives without their ticket
  - Live door counts while the doors are open
  - In flow mode, scans made without a connection are kept and sent when the phone is back online

Link: Get it on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.agendaforge.checkin
- **Sell tickets by card or USDC, paid straight to you** (Ticketing, Oct 11). Card payments are charged on your own Stripe account and USDC goes to your wallet. Scan tickets at the door from any laptop or phone browser, run an iPad kiosk for self check-in, and print badges. Staff can also scan with the Check-In app for iPhone and Android.

- **Bring tickets sold somewhere else, and run the door here** (Ticketing, Oct 11). Choose Import tickets instead of selling: upload a CSV or Excel file, or paste rows from a spreadsheet, and every row becomes a ticket you can check in, badge and email from AgendaForge. Re-uploading an updated list merges instead of duplicating.
  - Up to 5,000 rows per file, with column mapping and an undo
  - The door accepts AgendaForge codes and, if you switch it on, the codes your original seller printed
  - Link a code to a ticket at the door for anyone whose code is missing
  - Send everyone an AgendaForge door pass by email when you are ready
Link: How to run check-in: https://agendaforge.app/blog/how-to-run-conference-check-in
- **A new form builder: one question per screen, built for events** (Forms, Oct 5). Forms now show one question per screen, with more than 20 question types, branching on every plan, and sixteen themes starting from your event's own branding. Track, session format, ticket type and level pickers offer the options set up on your event, and an accepted session proposal can become a session with its speakers attached.
  - One question per screen, with welcome screens, end screens and redirect endings
  - Branching to a page or an ending, included on Core and Pro
  - Responses in a results workspace with review, plus Google Sheets, Slack, ClickUp, Zapier, Make, n8n and webhooks
  - On Pro: scoring, tagging, outcomes, hidden fields, answer recall, a signature question, and no "Powered by AgendaForge" line

### August 2026

- **Listed in the Claude connector directory** (Company, Aug 28). AgendaForge is live in the Claude connector directory: add the connector to Claude in one click at claude.ai/directory/agendaforge, sign in with your AgendaForge account, and Claude gets tools over your events, agenda, CFP submissions, speakers, contacts, sponsors, registrations, and email activity. Writes stay approval-gated: Claude proposes, an organizer approves inside AgendaForge.

- **Agent-ready API and site** (Platform, Aug 25). The REST API now answers every request with structured JSON (typed error codes with resolution hints, a discovery index at GET /api/v1) and standard RateLimit headers on every response. The site publishes an OpenAPI 3.1 specification at /openapi.json, Markdown mirrors of every page, and OAuth plus MCP discovery under /.well-known/. Built for AI agents and integration builders alike.

- **MCP server for AI agents** (Platform, Aug 25). The AgendaForge MCP server is live at mcp.agendaforge.app/mcp. Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and any MCP client can read your events, sessions, speakers, contacts, sponsors, and form submissions, and propose writes that a person approves. Streamable HTTP transport; sign in with your AgendaForge account (OAuth 2.1) or an API key carrying the mcp:read or mcp:write scope. Server manifest at /.well-known/mcp.json.

- **Drag-and-drop scheduling in the agenda builder** (Agenda, Aug 22). Arrange the program by hand. Drag an unscheduled session from the staging sidebar onto any room and time slot, move a scheduled block to a different slot or room, or drag it back to the sidebar to unschedule it. Every drop runs the conflict check, so a speaker or room clash surfaces immediately with keep-both, swap, or unschedule options.
  - Drops land on the exact 30-minute slot under the cursor
  - Conflicts flagged on every drop, with keep-both, swap, or unschedule
  - Click-to-schedule through the dialog still works alongside dragging
- **Global search and a command palette (⌘K)** (Platform, Aug 22). Press ⌘K anywhere in your workspace to search contacts, sessions, events, sponsors, forms, submissions, and portals, or jump straight to a page, a settings section, or an action. Results respect the permissions each team member already has, and a prefix narrows the search: / for pages, ? for settings, > for actions, @ for contacts, # for sessions.
  - One palette for the whole workspace, opened with ⌘K or /
  - Scope chips and prefixes, Tab to cycle scopes, ⌘↵ to open a result in a new tab
  - Replaces the old per-module smart search
- **Associated contacts, CC on compose, and adding contacts across events** (CRM, Aug 19). Contacts now carry the people around them. Attach an assistant, manager, or colleague to a contact on a given event, see them as chips in the contacts table, and manage them on a dedicated Associated Contacts page. When you email that contact, their associated contacts are pre-selected as CC chips you can toggle off. And a contact who already exists on another of your events can be added to this one from a picker instead of being re-created by hand, with the option to send their portal invite as you add them.
  - Assistants, managers, and colleagues attached per event
  - Compose email to one contact with associated contacts as toggleable CC
  - Add an existing org contact to an event without creating a duplicate record
  - A bounce on a CC address no longer marks the primary recipient as bounced
- **Design Studio** (Design, Aug 18). A visual editor for branded speaker cards, built into your event. Design a card once with your brand kit (logos, colors, fonts) and it renders for every speaker from their real profile data, with a published, shareable card page for each one.
  - Canvas editor with brand kits, logos, and custom fonts
  - One design, rendered per speaker from their profile data
  - Published card pages speakers can share from their portal
- **Ticket Tailor sync** (Integrations, Aug 3). Connect a Ticket Tailor box office to your event and its orders, attendees, and ticket types sync into AgendaForge, with signed live webhooks keeping everything current as sales come in. A second ticketing path alongside Luma.

### July 2026

- **Luma integration, with paid tickets on every plan** (Integrations, Jul 25). Host registration on Luma and run everything else in AgendaForge: guests sync into your contact directory automatically, including paid Luma tickets. The integration is included on both Core and Pro, and AgendaForge takes no fee on your Luma ticket sales.
Link: Use Luma with AgendaForge: https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/luma
- **We published our pricing** (Company, Jul 5). Per-event pricing, on a public page, with real numbers: Core $2,000 and Pro $4,000 per event, with founding-partner rates while we work with our first cohort. Most of this category makes you book a sales call to learn a price; we think that's a bad trade for busy event teams.

### June 2026

- **The Event Coordinator** (AI, Jun 13). An AI coordinator that works inside your event and answers from your event's own data: contacts, program, registrations. Ask it about the people behind your pipeline or who's speaking when, and any change it proposes goes through an approval step: the AI proposes, your team decides.
  - Answers questions grounded in your contacts, program, and registrations
  - Proposes actions and drafts that your team explicitly approves
  - Lives inside the event, not in a separate chatbot tab
- **Public API, webhooks, Zapier, and Make** (Integrations, Jun 12). A documented REST API and per-event webhook endpoints, plus ready-made Zapier and Make connections built on top of them. Push submissions, registrations, and status changes into whatever your team already runs.
  Link: API reference: https://agendaforge.app/docs/api
- **Google Sheets sync** (Integrations, Jun 9). Keep a Google Sheet continuously in sync with your contacts and sponsors: rows append, update, and delete as records change in AgendaForge. You pick the sheet with the Google Picker; we never get access to the rest of your Drive.
  Link: Google Sheets integration: https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/google-sheets
- **Email from your own domain** (Comms, Jun 1). Verify your organization's domain and event email goes out from it instead of ours: your name in the from line, your domain building the sender reputation. Email templates with merge tags ship alongside it, managed per organization.

### May 2026

- **Embeddable session, speaker, and agenda feeds** (Embeds, May 19). Publish your sessions, speakers, or full agenda on your own website with a copy-paste snippet. The embed reads from the same data your team edits, so the public site updates the moment the agenda does: no re-exporting, no stale PDFs.
  Link: How embeds work: https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/embeds
- **Slack and ClickUp integrations** (Integrations, May 18). Connect a Slack workspace or ClickUp space to any event and pick exactly which moments post where: new submissions, status changes, speaker confirmations, sponsor updates. Each trigger is configured per event, so your #speakers channel only hears about speakers.
  Link: Slack integration: https://agendaforge.app/integrates-with/slack
- **The core event workspace** (Platform, May 1). The foundation everything below builds on: run a call for papers with custom forms, score submissions against rubrics across review rounds, build a multi-track agenda with room and speaker conflict flags, give speakers a branded portal for their tasks and files, track sponsors by tier, and take free registrations, with every person living in one shared contact directory.
  - Call for papers with custom application forms and status pipelines
  - Reviewer assignment, shared rubrics, and multi-round scoring
  - Drag-and-drop agenda builder that flags room and speaker clashes
  - Branded speaker portal for tasks, files, and profile updates
  - Sponsor tiers, intake forms, and deliverable tracking
  - Built-in free registration and a shared contact CRM
