## The numbers

- Core: $2,000 per event. Up to 500 registrations, 50 accepted speakers, and 5 team seats.
- Pro: $4,000 per event. Unlimited registrations, accepted speakers, and team seats; SSO, granular roles, white-label portals, 4× the AI allowance, and the early-access lane (native Stripe checkout, custom portal domain on your own subdomain like portal.yourcompany.com).
- Founding-partner rate: Core $1,500, Pro $3,000 — locked for future events in exchange for a short case study and an honest public review.
- No free tier and no self-serve trial. Anyone can sign up at https://dash.agendaforge.app/register; onboarding is white-glove.
- Billing is per event, not per seat and not a subscription. One event covers up to 12 months of preparation and 30 days of wrap-up.

## Which tier to pick

If your event fits inside Core's limits (500 registrations, 50 accepted speakers, 5 team seats), buy Core; it is the same end-to-end content workflow. Pro exists for events past those limits and for teams that need enterprise controls. Most events outgrow Core around 500 registrations.

## What one event includes on both tiers

- Call for papers and application forms with conditional logic, autosaving drafts, and co-submitters.
- Review rubrics, reviewer assignment, and multiple review rounds.
- Drag-and-drop agenda builder across tracks and rooms, with clash flagging while you schedule.
- Speakers, sponsors, submitters, and registrants in one directory; speaker portals with tasks and file requests; Speaker Cards.
- Custom registration forms, ticket types, and free RSVPs on a public event page.
- Paid tickets through the Luma integration (checkout on Luma, funds settle to your own Stripe, no AgendaForge fee on Luma sales) or Ticket Tailor sync. AgendaForge-hosted Stripe checkout is early access on Pro.
- Email templates, delivery logs, and a custom sending domain (Pro); Slack, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Zapier, Make, REST API, webhooks, and embeddable feeds.
- Event Coordinator AI with a fair-use message allowance (about 300 on Core, 1,200 on Pro); going past it draws from a prepaid credit pack, never a paywall.
- Runs on independently audited (SOC 2 Type II) infrastructure: the database, file storage, sign-in, hosting, email, payment, AI and analytics providers each hold that attestation (Convex, Cloudflare, WorkOS, Vercel, Amazon Web Services, Stripe, OpenAI, PostHog; statements linked on https://agendaforge.app/security). AgendaForge itself has not completed its own audit.

## Definition of one event

One event means one edition: one agenda, one continuous set of dates, one city or venue (or one virtual or hybrid setting), and one event workspace. Each additional edition is a separate event, even under the same brand: a conference that runs Singapore, New York, and Mumbai editions is three events, and a spring edition and a fall edition in the same city are two. Co-located tracks, stages, and workshop or side-event days that share the edition's dates, venue, and registration count as part of that one event. A recurring meetup or webinar series is not one event either; each occurrence with its own date and agenda is its own event. Coverage is up to 12 months of preparation and 30 days of post-event wrap-up per event workspace. Full definition: https://agendaforge.app/terms.

## Frequently asked questions

### Why per-event pricing instead of per-seat or monthly?

Because that is how the work actually happens: a team spins up for one show, not a subscription. Per-event pricing means you pay once for the whole workflow, CFP through registration, and nothing meters up because you added reviewers or grew your team seats within a tier.

### Which tier should I pick? Is Pro worth double?

If your event fits inside Core's limits (500 registrations, 50 accepted speakers, 5 team seats), buy Core; it is the same end-to-end content workflow, and paid tickets through the native Luma integration are included. Pro is the scale and enterprise tier: it removes those limits and adds SSO, granular permissions, white-label portals, 4x the AI allowance, and the early-access lane, including AgendaForge's own branded Stripe checkout. If neither describes your event, Core is the better deal.

### What happens at the AI fair-use cap?

Nothing stops working. Core and Pro both ship a fair-use message allowance (about 300 on Core, 1,200 on Pro), and going past it draws from a prepaid AI credit pack, never a paywall and never a surprise line item. Email and integrations are never metered, on either tier.

### Is there a free trial?

No self-serve trial and no free tier, but anyone can sign up today at https://dash.agendaforge.app/register. Onboarding is white-glove: the AgendaForge team sets your event up with you rather than leaving you alone with an empty workspace. Pricing is per event and published in full, so you know the number before you talk to anyone.

### How does founding-partner pricing work?

Early partners get Core at $1,500 (from $2,000) or Pro at $3,000 (from $4,000) in exchange for a short case study and an honest public review. That rate is locked for future events too, for as long as you keep running events with AgendaForge; it does not expire when the founding cohort closes.

### Does AgendaForge take a cut of ticket sales?

AgendaForge takes no fee on tickets sold through the native Luma integration, which is included on both Core and Pro. Buyers use Luma's hosted checkout, funds settle to your own Stripe account, and Luma and Stripe apply their own current fees. AgendaForge's branded native Stripe checkout is available in early access behind a feature gate while production validation completes with a launch partner.

### How do I buy?

Sign up at https://dash.agendaforge.app/register (open to anyone, no invite), or write to hello@agendaforge.app with your event size and dates for a walkthrough. There is no "contact sales" wall in front of the numbers: the prices on this page are the prices.
