Swapcard’s current offering is broad, with mobile and web event experiences, AI networking and assistance, registration and payments, exhibitor and lead tools, content management, and analytics. AgendaForge fits only the focused category: it can run CFP, review, people records, and agenda authoring, but it does not replace Swapcard’s attendee app, paid ticketing, networking, virtual delivery, onsite access, or exhibitor lead systems. When to stay on Swapcard

Swapcard is the stronger fit when the event depends on paid registration, a branded mobile and web app, virtual delivery, AI networking and session discovery, exhibitor portals, lead capture, hosted meetings, onsite access, and event-wide revenue analytics. It also supports registration paths for attendees, exhibitors, and speakers, with advanced workflows available through Launchpad. AgendaForge does not provide a native attendee app, matchmaking, virtual events, paid ticketing, onsite access, exhibitor lead retrieval, or Swapcard’s revenue and engagement analytics. It is invite-only and should be evaluated for the program workflow, not as a like-for-like replacement for Swapcard’s full platform.
