Built for conference organizers

AgendaForge for conference organizers.

Run the whole conference — submissions, speakers, agenda, sponsors, registration — from one platform.

Conference organizers are the people holding ten tools together with good intentions: a form builder for the CFP, a spreadsheet for the agenda, a mailing list for speakers, a separate product for registration, and an inbox for everything else. AgendaForge is built to replace that stack. It runs the full arc of a conference — from the first proposal to a published agenda and open registration — in one place, with speakers, sponsors, submitters, and registrants sharing a single directory. The result is fewer version-control disasters, less manual chasing, and an event you can actually see the whole shape of at any moment.

The old way

What slows you down today.

Too many disconnected tools

Submissions, speakers, the agenda, and registration each live in a different product, so nothing talks to anything and every handoff is a copy-paste.

Endless manual chasing

Weeks disappear into requesting bios, headshots, and slides, then writing session copy and combing submissions by hand.

No single source of truth

Which agenda is final? Is this the latest bio? With data scattered across silos, nobody can answer confidently — and the audience sees the cracks.

The better way

How AgendaForge helps.

01

One directory for everyone

Speakers, sponsors, submitters, and registrants live in one CRM with notes, tags, and activity that persists from one event to the next.

02

AI in every screen

Draft and polish copy in place, analyze the submission pipeline for gaps and duplicates, search by meaning, and get agenda slot suggestions that avoid room and speaker clashes.

03

Built-in registration and portals

Collect free RSVPs on a public event page and give speakers a branded, self-service portal for tasks, files, and resources — no separate products to wire up.

Questions

For conference organizers, answered.

Q.01 Is AgendaForge a fit for first-time conference organizers?
Yes. Onboarding is white-glove while we're invite-only — the team sets up your organization and helps bring your first event in, so you don't need to learn a complex tool to get value.
Q.02 Can it handle multi-track conferences?
Yes. You define tracks and rooms, drag sessions across them, and the AI agenda assistant flags room and speaker double-bookings as you build the schedule.
Q.03 Does AgendaForge replace my registration tool?
For free registration, yes — ticket types, custom registration forms, and RSVPs on a public event page are built in. Paid ticketing isn't generally available yet, so events that must sell paid tickets today should plan around that.
