Built for developer conferences

AgendaForge for developer conferences.

Open a CFP, review talks, build a multi-track agenda, and embed it live — all from one AI-native platform.

Developer conferences are AgendaForge's home turf. A good dev event lives and dies by its content: a CFP that doesn't scare off first-time speakers, a review process that surfaces the real talks instead of the loudest ones, and a multi-track agenda that doesn't double-book your one Kubernetes expert across two rooms. AgendaForge runs that whole arc — open submissions, score and shortlist talks, drag sessions into tracks and rooms, manage every speaker in a shared CRM, court sponsors, and embed the live agenda straight onto your event site. AI is woven into each of those screens, and you approve everything it produces. The point isn't to add another tool to the stack — it's to collapse the spreadsheet, the form builder, the speaker mailing list, and the agenda doc into one place where they finally talk to each other.

The old way

What slows you down today.

CFP-to-agenda handoff is all copy-paste

Accepted talks live in a form tool, the schedule lives in a spreadsheet, and someone retypes every session by hand — which is exactly where typos and wrong speaker names sneak in.

Multi-track scheduling clashes

Two parallel tracks, shared rooms, and speakers giving more than one talk make double-bookings almost inevitable when you're juggling it all in a grid you built by hand.

The published agenda goes stale instantly

You export the schedule to your site once, then every swap, time change, or speaker drop means re-exporting and re-uploading — so the public agenda is wrong more often than it's right.

The better way

How AgendaForge helps.

01

CFP and review in one flow

Branded multi-page submission forms with 16+ field types, conditional logic, autosave, and duplicate detection feed straight into reviewer assignment, rubrics, review rounds, and scoring — no export between stages.

02

Agenda AI watches the grid with you

Define tracks and rooms, drag talks across them, and let Agenda AI suggest open slots while flagging room and speaker double-bookings as you build — an authoring-time aid you preview and apply one suggestion at a time.

03

Embed the live agenda, not a stale export

JSON embed feeds for sessions, speakers, and the agenda — set up with an embed wizard — let your event site read the schedule directly, so a change in AgendaForge shows up wherever you've embedded it.

Questions

For developer conferences, answered.

Q.01 Does AgendaForge handle the full CFP and talk-review process?
Yes. You publish a branded call for papers with multi-page forms, conditional logic, autosave, and duplicate detection, then move submissions through a status pipeline while reviewers work from rubrics across review rounds and score talks. Pipeline Pulse can also analyze the whole pipeline for content gaps, trending topics, and likely duplicates.
Q.02 Can it manage a multi-track schedule with shared rooms?
Yes. You define color-coded tracks and rooms with capacity, drag sessions across them, and Agenda AI flags room and speaker double-bookings as you build. Treat that as an authoring-time safeguard rather than a server-enforced guarantee — you stay in control of every change you apply.
Q.03 Can I show the live agenda on my conference website?
Yes. AgendaForge produces JSON embed feeds for sessions, speakers, and the agenda, configured through an embed wizard, so your own site can render the schedule from AgendaForge. iCal and styled HTML embeds are on the way; the JSON feeds are shipped today.
Q.04 Can I sell paid tickets through AgendaForge?
Not yet. Registration today covers ticket types, custom registration forms, and free RSVPs on a public event page, which suits free or sponsor-funded developer events well. Paid ticketing isn't generally available, so if you must sell paid admission right now you'll want to plan around that — and we're invite-only while we onboard early design partners.
