Built for academic conferences

AgendaForge for academic conferences.

Run the call for papers, peer review, and program for your academic conference from one platform.

AgendaForge runs the full arc of an academic conference — call for papers, abstract peer review, and program building — from one platform, with authors, reviewers, and speakers sharing a single directory. Instead of stitching a form builder to a spreadsheet of reviewer scores to a separate program tool, you collect submissions, assign reviewers, score against rubrics across review rounds, and drag accepted talks into a tracked, roomed agenda — all in the same place. That means no re-keying author names between systems, no "which spreadsheet has the final scores" panic, and a program committee that can see the whole shape of the conference at any moment, from the first abstract to the published schedule.

The old way

What slows you down today.

Review lives in spreadsheets

Abstracts arrive in a form, scores get pasted into a shared sheet, and reviewer assignments are tracked in a fourth tab nobody trusts — so decisions rest on data that's perpetually out of sync.

Authors re-entered everywhere

The same author exists as a row in the CFP, a name in the review sheet, a speaker in the program, and a line in the mailing list, and keeping those four copies aligned is a part-time job.

Review and program are separate worlds

Once papers are accepted, the committee starts over in a different tool to build the schedule, hand-copying titles and sessions and losing the thread between what was reviewed and what's on stage.

The better way

How AgendaForge helps.

01

Submissions and review in one flow

Branded multi-page CFP forms with 16+ field types, conditional logic, autosaving drafts, duplicate detection, and co-submitters feed straight into reviewer assignment, rubrics, review rounds, and scoring — no export step.

02

One directory for the whole committee

Authors, reviewers, and speakers live in one CRM with notes, tags, and activity that carries from one year's conference to the next, so you stop maintaining four copies of every person.

03

From accepted to scheduled

Move accepted abstracts into a tracked, roomed agenda with drag-and-drop, and let Agenda AI suggest open slots and flag room and speaker double-bookings while you build the program.

Questions

For academic conferences, answered.

Q.01 Does AgendaForge handle abstract peer review?
Yes, with the core building blocks: you assign reviewers to submissions, score against rubrics, run multiple review rounds, and move papers through a status pipeline from submitted to accepted. It's reviewer assignment, rubrics, rounds, and scoring rather than a deeply specialized proceedings system — but it sits in the same platform as your CFP and program, so nothing has to be exported between tools.
Q.02 Is it as specialized as a dedicated peer-review tool?
Honestly, no. If you need deep proceedings management or automated conflict-of-interest handling, a purpose-built academic review system goes further on those specific features. AgendaForge's advantage is breadth: it covers the whole conference — CFP, review, speaker CRM, portals, and agenda — in one place, so most organizers trade a little review depth for one connected system instead of five disconnected ones.
Q.03 Can authors and reviewers use it without organizer accounts?
Yes. Authors submit through branded public CFP forms with autosaving drafts and co-submitter support, and speakers get a branded, email-gated portal for tasks, file requests, and resources — no organization account required. Reviewers and the program committee work inside the app with roles and permissions enforced per area.
Q.04 What about registration for the conference?
Free registration is built in: ticket types, custom registration forms, and RSVPs on a public event page, plus JSON embed feeds so you can show the agenda and speakers on your own conference website. Paid ticketing isn't generally available yet, so conferences that must sell paid admission today should plan around that limitation.
